Property Practitioner - Sandton Join the LIONLEAD Real Estate team in Sandton as a qualified Real Estate Agent. You will buy and sell properties, grow our customer base, counsel clients and develop competitive market prices. Responsibilities Create and manage an active listings database for real estate sale properties according to company templates. Prospect clients and generate leads to sell property. Pull CMA reports, send Seller pre‑listing packs and obtain required documents. Coordinate photographers, select and ensure photo quality meets standards. Visit properties, prepare listing cards and arrange viewings. Respond to enquiries in a timely manner and arrange viewings. Follow up with buyers and provide seller feedback after viewings. Facilitate negotiations and draft offer to purchase agreements. Present offers to sellers and manage document signing. Bi‑weekly owner feedback and ad‑hoc updates after viewings. Price counsel and review property viability on your portfolio. Promote properties with social media posts. Attend mandatory training and maintain FFC (real estate license). Qualifications Minimum 6 months real estate agency experience with track record. Experience in sales and strong interpersonal skills. Clear criminal and background check. Good knowledge of local property market. Possess laptop, cell phone and a valid driver license. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LIONLEAD Real Estate by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
