- **Sales Training**: Deliver training sessions on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and market trends.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze agent performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- **Team Building**: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, both in-person and remotely.
- **Tactical Proficiency**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of real estate software and technology tools, such as **CRM systems**, **property management software**, and **marketing platforms**.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the South African real estate market.
- **Track Record**: Proven track record of closing at least 10 transactions per year.
- **Growth Mindset**: A strong desire to learn and grow, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- **Mentorship Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
- **Remote Collaboration**: Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with team members in a virtual environment.
