**Role Description**

This is a contract on-site role located in Midrand for a Battery and Inverter Technician. The Battery and Inverter Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of energy storage products and systems for clients. The Battery and Inverter Technician will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and improve products and maintenance services, and ensure quality services to clients.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in repairing and maintaining energy storage products and systems, including batteries and inverters
- Experience in commissioning storage systems and configuring inverters
- Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics
- Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical concepts
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English and one other South African language is an added advantage

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
