We are looking for a dynamic **Senior Project Manager** to join our Johannesburg team. If you are a highly motivated professional with over 5 years of experience in project management and a passion for creating streamlined, productive office environments, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in line with client goals and organizational objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring regular communication and updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide detailed reports to management and clients.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Johannesburg office, fostering a professional and productive work environment.
- Oversee office administration, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Lead office logistics and support staff, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies.
- Act as a liaison between the Johannesburg head office and the other branches in KZN and the Western Cape, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Promote team cohesion and a positive workplace culture through active engagement with team members.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. A PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Prior experience managing office operations is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire teams effectively.
