HR Project Analyst

**Position Overview**:
To assist the VP, Culture and Transformation Lead and the HR Business Partners in successfully implementing HR projects in the Africa Operating Unit, regional hubs and functions. To operate as a key team member who, through initiative and developing an understanding of the business and its issues, can drive actions aligned to the HR strategy and plan.
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
- To assist in the management and monitoring of project implementation aligned to the Human Resources strategy and plan
- To assist in the management of Human Resource initiatives across the Center of Excellence to ensure a consistent experience for people managers and employees
- Support the Culture and Transformation lead with the consistent implementation of culture, diversity and inclusion as well as wellness/ wellbeing initiatives across Africa.
- To assist in the development of impactful presentations to be used during town halls, leadership and internal HR meetings.
- Assist in tracking adherence to HR metrics mentioned in the HR plan.
- Proactive and autonomous diary management for the HR Leadership Member
- Support the Leadership member in administration related matters
- Aid the Leadership team member and other members of the team as well as external stakeholders
- Co-ordination of meetings by scheduling attendees, conference rooms, meals, materials, accommodation, preparing presentations, etc
- Organize international and domestic travel, hotel bookings and itineraries for the team
- Co-ordination and planning of the logistics for special events (team days, annual conferences etc)
- Communicate effectively with senior executives and teams across various levels of management locally and internationally through telephone/videoconferencing or at the office
- Compose, produce, edit and proof-reads and distributes correspondence, presentations and reports
- Support the Leadership member with the accurate management of the HR budgets and develop monthly budget reports
- Use varied forms of data to develop insightful analysis and report to intelligent use of the culture & transformation lead as well as the SBPs
- Assist with creating PO’s and then following up to ensure PO’s have been paid
**Role Requirement**:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have worked in matrix environment or global organization
- Knowledge of culture transformation, change management and HR strategy implementation
- Business Management (or related) Diploma/ Degree
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Advanced skill in business/ data analytics and reporting (use of PowerBI etc)
- Demonstrated ability to provide proactive quality administrative assistance
