HR Transformational Analyst I Contract

We are looking for a **Human Resources Transformational Analyst** to join a **3 to 6 month project-based** engagement located in Johannesburg, within food and services industry.
The specialist will leverage platforms such as Oracle and PowerBI to deliver actionable insights and support transformation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities and Output Areas Include**:

- Design and refine HR processes and policies aligned with business strategy.
- Leverage tools like Oracle HCM and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, DEI, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital HR innovation.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Oracle HCM, Power BI, or Agile HR are advantageous.
- 5-10 years’ experience in HR, HR analytics, or HR technology.
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (policies, processes, compliance).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Power BI.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and visualize data.
- Non-traditional HR thinker - curious, tech-forward, and business-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in consulting or transformation projects preferable.
