**_We are looking to hire and develop professionals with a solid 5 years’ progressive experience in their respective field, must have led a team or a project, possessing a relevant 3-year Degree (postgraduate preferable)._**
- **_Driver’s License and own reliable transport are mandatory_**

The Future Leaders Programme is a streamlined 18-month rotational programme that will focus on building leadership capabilities

**Responsibilities**
- Agronomists with exposure in agronomy (fertilization, seed production, commercial etc.) and potato production recommended, exposed to farming practices, ability to forge relationships with farmers
- 5 years progressive experience, led a team or a project
- Entrepreneurial spirit, research and analysis mindset,can interret results, planning & organizing
- Presentation skills
- Influencing & persuading
- Showing initiative
- Assertive, strong interpersonal skills - ability to forge relationships with farmers
- This role does require travel

**Qualifications**
- BSC in Agriculture, BSC Honours in Agronomy (preferred)
