**_We are looking to hire and develop professionals with a solid 5 years’ progressive experience in their respective field, must have led a team or a project, possessing a relevant 3-year Degree (postgraduate preferable)._**
- **_Driver’s License and own reliable transport are mandatory_**

The Future Leaders Programme is a streamlined 18-month rotational programme that will focus on building leadership capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Strong Commercial Accumen with a focus on sales
- Financial Accumen - understanding of P&L and financial systems management
- Result Oriented and ability to get things done
- Decision making - the ability to make decisions in a pressurized environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of end-to-end business value chain, from ideation to execution in market
- Demonstartes the ability to collaborate with team and work in a matrix structure
- High level of influencing skills across all levels (frontline and Professional)

**Qualifications**
- Degree (postgraduate advantageous) - Commercial
