We are looking to hire and develop professionals with a solid 5 years’ progressive experience in their respective field, must have led a team or a project, possessing a relevant 3-year Degree (postgraduate preferable)._**

The Future Leaders Programme is a streamlined rotational programme that will focus on building leadership capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Good understanding of end-to-end business value chain, from ideation to execution in market
- Strong analytical thinking to comprehend potential challenges, and propose feasible solutions
- Results-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership - can operate well within a low resource, fast-paced cross-functional environment
- Very high level of business acumen - must be commercially & organizationally savvy and financially astute
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence at all levels and comfortable managing conflict
- Proven commercial project leadership/project management skills, ability to manage complex functional interdependencies in project timelines
- Strong process thinker committed to driving process efficiency, strength in data analysis and interpretation in order to develop business recommendations
- Knowledge of how to develop and launch FMCG innovations, including consumer ideation and Insights processes through to Make/Move/Sell capability

Due to the role’s cross-functional nature, a high level of organizational savvy is a must for this role. This position is highly visible and cross-functional in nature and will operate with senior management within the BU and across functions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Sciences, Commerce, Finance or related disciplines
