We are a medium sized swim school, based across South London.

We run a personalised service that is focused on the whole family. We offer a variety of swimming lessons to our community;
- Adult and baby lessons
- Learn to swim for toddlers and preschoolers
- Learn to swim for school going kids
- Squads for more advanced swimmers (pre-club)
- Adult lessons;
- learn to swim
- advanced training

We have been lucky to build up a great team of teachers and an amazing admin office, which operates from Cape Town. With recent growth, we find ourselves in need of a self-employed contractor to fill the Operations Manager role, who can oversee our Internal Operations and Marketing team. We are not only looking for someone to fill a position, but rather someone to join our cause to conquer the world

**The Role**:

- Overseeing Internal Operations and the Marketing team
- Operations process management
- Review and oversee Operations dashboards
- Regular in-person and online meetings with London and Cape Town team
- Analysing and reporting of Marketing Analytics
- Coordinating the Marketing team
- General Administration and Project Management

The role is Cape Town office based, specifically in Blouberg Rise.

**The ideal person will have**:

- Experience in a call centre environment
- Marketing analytics experience
- Experience in managing various teams within a business
- Experience in office management and management of filing systems
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills, as well as excellent English
- Task oriented and work well within a team towards a common goal
- Reliability and good work ethic is a must
- Someone who is friendly and has a positive view on life

We are all a passionate bunch, who love what we do We believe in working hard and playing hard, which is reflected in how we manage our swimming team This is a permanent full-time role and may involve some weekend hours.

We are also quite a flexible bunch and are happy to accommodate the right person.
