- Recording stock movements from bulk to manufacturing processes
- Utilising strong mathematical skills to maintain recipe accuracy and ensure correct pricing
- Monitor pricing, stock levels, manufacturing timelines, and supplier issues
- Maintain accurate selling prices, update packaging, and manage stock codes
- Prepare reports on stock status and recommend improvements
- Capture stock counts, manage reports, and reconcile discrepancies
- Participate in ad hoc stock takes and verify control effectiveness
- Supervise pricing, labelling, and coding to ensure accuracy
- Generate stock-related reports for decision-making and analysis
- Identify stock types, monitor movements, and analyse sales
- Prepare reports on stock profitability and sales analysis
- Coordinate quarterly stock counts, ensuring accurate data capture
- Prepare necessary documentation and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain supplier information in the database
- Provide cover for the creditors team during their absences
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the employer
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level is essential
