**Description**:
Our client is looking for a team player that has a minimum of 3 years similar experience. A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics and a Matric would be essential. Duties include:

- Processing orders on Syspro and placing of consignment orders against main warehouse
- Invoicing consignment orders
- Issuing of picking slips for order picking an checking of all orders before being collected
- Provide inventory and sales related support to Area Managers
- Full and half year stock take and other consignment warehouses and related reconciliation, record keeping and administration
- Processing of material movements, including customer liaison, co-ordination with sales teams, full tracking internally through ERP systems
- Support financial audit activities and assist with resolution of any audit queries
- Assist with resolution of customer statement disputes involving stock queries
- Responsible for calculating transport cost and bringing in the stock with cost
- Investigate inventory related queries
- Ensure efficient record keeping and retention of accountable documents and maintain an effective method of record retrieval
