**Job Purpose**:**
To provide ICT training to eThekwini Municipality staff at all levels.**

This post reports to MANAGER (COMPENTENCY LEARNING & DEVELOP)

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Implements training needs supplied by Units.

Design and produce high level ICT interventions in respect of the user's needs.

Researches, designs, develops and updates ICT learning materials.

Maintains ICT learning resources and training facilities.

Presents and evaluates existing ICT courses.

Designs and conducts learner assessments.

Evaluates training provided and provides post course follow up and user support.

Facilitates Computer Based Training (CBT) and online training.

Provides information reports, recommendation reports and status reports.

**Essential Requirements**:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification, i.e. Diploma or Degree.

End User Computing Certificate.

Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code B or EB).

2 Years Microsoft Office training experience.

Demonstrable understanding of the Workplace Skills Plan and the Sector Education Training
Authority.

**Preferred Requirements**:
ICDL Certificate.

3 Years experience in performing ICT Training duties.
