**Sales Admin - Paarden Eiland**

- Pastel (advantage)
- **Drivers licence code 8 (critical)**
- We are looking for a result-driven Internal salesperson to be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order.
- High attention to detail for quotations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill;
- Exceptional Customer service Skills

- Ability to multi
- task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
**Daily functions**:

- Responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order, including taking customer orders, asking & answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment, and executing the order.
- Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, and executing the order.
- You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.
- Provide sales assistance to customers and employees.
- Assisting Clients Telephonically with enquiries and troubleshooting.
- Working with Pricelist, parts lists and System codes.
- Provide quotes to customers timeously.
- Prepare online Tenders, RFQ’s and E-portals.
- Liaise with Sales team to fully capitalise on opportunities.
- Pay close attention to detail; when quoting - quote validity, Pricing levels, transport/ freight costs and payment terms.
- Monitoring Stock levels and providing feedback on stock shortages.
- Involvement in stock reordering and local procurement.
- Follow up on all quotations and tenders.
- Place Ads on the Companies Social Media platforms and respond to messages and interest generated.
- Assisting Walk in Clients at the sales counter.
- Processing orders placed by clients.
- Cold calling on new business leads
- Setting up appointments for external salespeople as and when required.
