Wholesale Administrator

Leading Food Production Company is looking for a Wholesale Administrator to assist with the reporting and administration which supports the Wholesale department for them to sell and reach targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to establish the needs and requirements of the Wholesale Team.
- Complete all PRN’s, transfer documents and other reports required by the
- Manager and the department.
- Responsible for inputting minimum pricing.
- Assist with sales reports and administration
- Assist with SAP reports as required by the department.
- Assist the Wholesale team with filing, admin, faxing and typing of price lists etc.
- Assist traders with general queries and information when they are out of office.
- Keep minutes of meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- MS Office
- SAP experience will be advantageous
- At least 1 year’s sales administration related experience
- Seafood Industry will be an added advantage

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (Hours may fluctuate due to production /operational

demands)
