**Purpose**:

- Leading and organizing the sales team in the Pest Control and hygiene Business Unit (Coastal Region) to ensure monthly and annual business targets are achieved.
- Pro-actively manage organizational sales by developing business plans that includes lead generation strategies.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, motivating and inspiring the sales team to reach their full potential in and achieve individual target.
- Facilitate the ongoing training and development of the PCH Sales Team.
- Working with staff across business units, to forecast the needs of the business and make sales decisions based on demand, whilst generating reports on these financial targets and other KPI's.
- Conduct regular analysis on all purchases and report on market changes that will directly impact the bottom line.

**High-level Job **Objectives**:

- **Customer Focus, **regular and meaningful interactions to drive an inclusive partnership and ensure business retention.
- **People Focus, **empowering, developing, and motivating teams and individuals to perform at their best. Support the Sales Consultants, Branch Managers and General Managers to assist them in achieving sales performance goals and lead generation goals.
- **Safety Focus**, ensure the sales team are educated on risk elements and the necessary preventative measurements are implemented.
- **Financial Focus**, ensure the sales team reaches targets and efficiently manage cost of sales and expenses.
- **Innovation Focus, **market analysis and offer solutions that enable Ecowize to be the industry leader and meet customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- 3 year degree / diploma in Marketing / Sales or related field would be advantageous.
- 10 years Sales Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a Sales team.

- Strong working knowledge of expanding products to new and existing markets.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Strong Influencer and Team player.
- Ability to motivate and lead people.
- Working knowledge of human resources processes.
- Strong knowledge of Washroom Hygiene and Pest Control Sales experience
- IMP Audited Pest Control experience
