**This is a fantastic opportunity to join our global travel business as a Sales Admin Agent, supporting our Le Boat Sales team.**

Le Boat owns and operates the largest and most stylish fleet of self-drive cruisers on Europe and Canada's waterways. The Sales Admin Team is the key link between our Le Boat Sales team and the Finance team. Along with the Team Leader, you will be responsible for all sales processes and administration. This part of the sales team caters to our German-speaking customers, so we are requiring fluency in both English and German languages.

This is a hybrid role, working half the week from our Waterfront Cape Town office location and then on other days working remotely from home.

**What you will be doing**:

- Allocation of payments received onto our Neptune bookings system and sending confirmation documents to the customers
- Processing credit card payments and customer refunds
- Contacting customers and following up on outstanding payments when required
- Creating monthly debtors lists
- Processing Travel Agent Payments
- Creating and sending out Travel Agent Statements
- Handling the payment of travel agent commissions
