RSAWEB is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Admin Agent to support our sales team and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

**Key Objectives**
- Contacting new clients to onboard them and complete the sales process
- Following up on outstanding information and documentation
- Assisting with client retention by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Handling queries and providing excellent customer support
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service, sales support, and administration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
