Advertising Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage overall Traffic Control (project schedules) throughout the company.
- Ensure all jobs are allocated and scheduled.
- Brief jobs that come into the company through to the necessary departments and ensure deadlines and commitments are met throughout the process.
- Flag any timing issues and propose solutions that do no compromise Client.
- Attend and participate in weekly planning and status meetings.
- Update weekly status
- Set key dates in the process in diaries.
- Budget planning (allocation of time) up-front on all jobs (for internal resources) and reconciling actual time spent versus budgeted.
- Follow-up and collate timesheets for costings (Optional)
- Monthly report management
- Administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management, in a similar role
- Must have project scheduling experience
- Experience within advertising/media preferred
- Position based in Johannesburg Central - must be willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to R18,000.00 per month
