This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator located in Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.

The Marketing and Advertising Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing and advertising activities, managing customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and track campaign performance.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all marketing and advertising activities on a national, regional and store level
- Open job bags / projects, set schedules for jobs / projects, follow up on projects, and ensure relevant internal or external stakeholders approve the project.
- Meet all allocated deadlines
- Manage and work closely with the suppliers to ensure that jobs are delivered on time and at a high standard, ensuring good representation of the marketing department.
- Manage ad hoc marketing and report on their performance. (Banners, billboards, flyers & other marketing materials.
- Ensure that the stakeholders are aware of the various marketing activities and that no job/project conflict
- Always proofread the jobs thorough and align with the organization’s CI.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
