Job description / core competencies:
- Keeping filing of customer orders, invoicing and customer files up to date and ensure critical items are attended to.
- Assist with month end process of internal reporting.
- Ensure all mailing of customer statements and ensure they have reached their intended destination.
- Follow up on customer payments against statements.
- Reconcile expense reports.
- Service SLA inventory planning and liaison with team and customer for planned work.
- Management of breakdown intervention and planning for technical team.
- Manage technician time for project installation and commissioning.
- Telephonic support to customers when team is on the road. Capture all leads and customer requests, and log customer data on CRM.
- Writing up of project reports
- Assist with coordination of project team calendar
- Occasional general secretarial functions, when required
