Key Responsibilities:Market ResearchMonitor competitor product and service information in the market daily and report findings to the companyService Products Research, plan, and support the implementation of service products that reflect competitor trends and customer needs in the marketAnalyse offerings from external vendors to create an optimal product lineup that promotes workshop visitsRetention Rate Establish a reliable method for collecting retention rate data and ensure the accuracy of the data collectedAnalyse the data and provide support for planning and implementing improvement activitiesAftersales Advertising Collaborate with the marketing department to promote aftersales services and contribute to the creation of lifelong customersCS & SR SystemMonitor and analyse system usage to ensure optimal performanceDiscuss system improvements with suppliers and support the development of systems that adapt to market conditionsWorkshop Visit Promotion ActivitiesPlan and support the implementation of seasonal campaigns as part of initiatives to promote workshop visitsSuccess Factors & Key ChallengesSupport comparative analysis of market trends and our own products and services to propose necessary action plansMonitor various KPI results against targets and create improvement plans as neededMonitor competitor activities and performanceCollect relevant information to be provided and updated for the sales, marketing, service, and parts departmentsRequirements / Knowledge / Skills:2-5 years related Aftersales Marketing Administrator experience in the Automotive industryRelevant Marketing or equivalent Tertiary qualificationAutonomous functioning and self-reliance in maintaining own workflow, priorities and meet business requirements and deadlinesStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills with ability to establish new systems, processes and proceduresEffective communication and Interpersonal Relations skillsData analysis skillsAnalytical thinkingData evaluation and segmentationKPI-driven analysisHigh level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Motor Industry experience EssentialSpecial Requirements:Extensive local travel will be required with 3 to 5 nights per month away from homeFlexibility and willingness to work outside of usual office hours Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
