Our client, a well-established Insurance Software Technology company, is currently seeking a **Recruitment Officer** to join their team in **Johannesburg / Cape Town.**
The role will form part of the Human Resources team and will be responsible for the full process from activation of the position up to the successful closure of the vacancy.
**MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience within the Information Technology industry
- Experience with Recruitment Agency coordination and liaison
- Experience with Online and Social Media Recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Experience with a variety of interview and screening formats/methods
- Experience with internal and external recruitment
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- International recruitment experience will serve as an advantage
- Ability to understand technical requirements, expertise, skills and job descriptions
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Develop a strong online / social media professional profile and high quality, accurate and professional advertisements and online job postings from the job specifications.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with the relevant stakeholders, including understanding of role requirements, all arrangements, communication, follow-ups and administration.
- Identify potential partnerships, service providers, networking events and recruitment events to promote the employer brand and attract the best talent
- Accurate, comprehensive and logical recordkeeping of all recruitment administration (advertisements, CV’s, interview notes, screening outcomes, supporting documents and related).
- Development and enhancement of recruitment and screening templates and documents (e.g. advertisements, questionnaires, guidelines, feedback forms and related)
- Stakeholder Management and liaising with internal stakeholder to ensure clarity around the roles, the requirements, the culture, the growth path of the positions, advertisements and any related items.
- Ensure that agencies are suitable onboarded, updated and have a clear understanding of process, roles, requirements and culture.
**Salary**: R40 000 - R45 000 pm CTC, incl. Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Life Cover, Income Protector. Depending on current salary & experience.
