**Summary of the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Administer user permissions, access control, and security policies.
- Perform regular system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning.
- Oversee backups, disaster recovery planning, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-6 years’ experience in server, network, or cloud administration (enterprise environment preferred).
- Certifications such as:

- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
- Microsoft Azure Administrator
- or equivalent cloud/infrastructure certifications.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure/Cloud platforms.
- Expertise in permissions management, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and IT security practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
