**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12 essential
- National Diploma / BCom in Human Resource Management
- 5 + years' working experience
- Administration of payroll
- Implement effective HR systems and provide HR support to all divisions
- Develop skills plan and employment equity plan as required
- Monitor the Company’s Employee Assistance Programme
- Ensure efficiency of all HR functions: HR Policies and IR Practices, Recruitment and Payroll administration
- Payroll Staff Recon to be managed
- Bi
- annual & Annual tax submissions on SARS E-filing
- All leave forms to be checked and processed on the payroll
- In depth knowledge of Workplace Skills Plan; Workmens’ Compensation; Employment Equity
- Coordinate work activities of staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
