Core Description
Supporting BCX Payroll Solutions by preparing gathering and capturing all the invoicing information for solutions at an advanced level in order to ensure accurate and complete revenue generation. To ensure that customer expectations are met by supporting and providing solutions to external customers' needs/ requests/ queries. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Receive and analyse the billing requests, calculate escalation of tariff annually on CPI given by Service Provider/Vendor. Invoicing of all ResourceLink View licences Provide financial consultation with external role players Compile invoices and distribute to external customers based on signed agreements Reconcile billed account using validated information for revenue assurance Provide financial information for contractual purposes Update monthly journals for cost and Revenue provisions as well as revenue reallocation journals Month end checks to balance to Profitability Analysis Debtors Management Masterdata governance for Materials and Customers Functional Skills
