**Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

**Innovation**: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

**Stakeholder Engagements**: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Attends trade shows and conferences and makes site visits to suppliers’ facilities.

Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and potential customers.

**Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve team performance through regular feedback and performance reviews.

Pay: R30 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
