The ideal team player will manage the internal administration the Wholesale subdepartment within Mechanization

**Requirements**:

- 5 Years proven experience within a similar role
- Able to perform well in a high pace/high pressure environment
- Contactable references to support requirements.
- Computer literate in the Microsoft Office package
- A 5-day workweek is applicable with overtime from time to time as requirement (Monday - Friday)

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Placement of Orders with suppliers with regards to daily and seasonal stock.
- Stock control and monitoring of various types of stock on hand (Consignment and own stock) including hands-on stock take participation.
- Reporting financial performance on a weekly basis of all branches (Actual vs Budgeted vs Previous year)
- Actioning Electronic payments according to VKB policy in a timely manner as per supplier terms and conditions.
- Issuing of quotations to customers for whole good sales.
- Assisting with maintenance on the Mechanisation Website, blog and AgriMac publications.
- Coordinating meetings within the department, including logistic arrangement, bookings, agendas and minutes of meetings.
- Willingness to do extensive travelling during stock take season.
- To coordinate or solve customer or supplier complaints and queries.
- Compliance to VKB policies and procedures in executing duties (GRVs, System administration such as stock code maintenance)
- Other administrative duties as required from time to time
