Senior Accounts Payable Assistant – VKB Finance, Head Office Reitz The VKB Group is an agricultural company supporting farmers and producing straight‑from‑the‑farm foods for consumers. In addition to consumer brands, the group operates regional brands VKB, GWK and NTK, and manages the full food supply chain from processing and logistics to national and global markets. Job Description As a key member of the Creditors Department, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices and payments. Responsibilities include validating creditor statements, reconciling accounts, resolving invoice discrepancies and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The role demands excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced finance environment. Requirements Grade 12/NQF4 with Accounting or Maths as subjects Previous experience in a similar administrative role Computer literate in MS Office Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel Duties and Responsibilities Administration of creditor statements, reconciliations and payments Supervision of Admin Assistant (invoices) Follow up on outstanding documentation Continuous liaison with internal and external clients Related ad‑hoc duties as requested from time to time Skills Effective communication Organised and focused on planning Ability to prioritize tasks Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good telephone and email etiquette Team player and team leader Personal resilience Able to handle conflict Other Information The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
