Inside Sales Representative

**Job Details**
- Determining basic client needs via phone.
- Ability to probe for information and determine client needs;
- Handling Inbound and Outbound phone calls, and contributing the following: Learning phone scripts; Following up through phone calls; Adhering to call quality standards; Successfully booking hot leads.
- Learning in-house customer management systems (in-house training provided)
- Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information and forwarding requests to the appropriate party.
- Maintaining customer service database by entering data/information.
- Participating in weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Call Center Manager, and accepting feedback on performance based on calls transferred and following scripts.
- Updating personal knowledge base by participating in sales and educational opportunities.
**Compensation**
- CAD $10.46 per hour (USD $7.73 per hour) paid bi-monthly on the 14th and 28th each month.
- Additional incentives and bonuses based on sales performance.

**Schedule**
- The work hours are from. 12 noon-9pm Eastern Standard Time
- 45 hours per week (9 hours per day x 5 days per week).
**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Book appointments for potential clients to meet with our sales team.
- Collect and verify client information, and accurately record it in the system.
- Educate potential clients about our products and services, and persuade them to sign up.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
**Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience in outbound sales, business development, business-to-business sales, cold calling, and call centers.
- Superior communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with potential clients and use persuasive sales ability to schedule immigration consultations
- Demonstrated efficiency with time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Nice to have: Experience utilizing call center CRM; fluently speaking a language other than English
- Ability to work both within a team as well as independently.
- Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills.
**Salary**: From R24,756.66 per month
