We are in the market for an **Inside Sales Representative** with **native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in German** to join our salesforce in Cape Town. As Inside Sales Representative you will retain and grow existing accounts, whilst also sourcing and acquiring new logos.

**_ Please note that this position is based in Cape Town._**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Grow accounts by identifying new sales opportunities with existing customers through industry changes within customer verticals or security updates
- Retain customers through building and maintaining strong relationships
- Account planning
- Opportunity/deal management
- Strategize and come up with initiatives to deliver against sales targets
- Pipeline Management
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- Native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in **German (essential)**:

- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven B2B track record
- 2+ years of customer retention experience
- Sales acumen, up-sell capability, attention to detail, goal-orientation, and strong time-management skills
- Resiliency, trustworthiness, creativity, solution-orientation, and passion for technology sales
- **Tool Experience**: Salesforce & Microsoft Office products (advantageous)
