As a Senior Financial Wellness Consultant at Bayport, your primary objective is to assist employees improve their overall financial wellbeing through the evaluation of employee’s financial situation; solving complex financial matters with a specific focus on those currently distressed or listed under bureau records. Your responsibility is to guide customers through the process of exiting debt review and overseeing their rehabilitation into a healthier financial state. This involves evaluating employees' financial situations, providing consolidation solutions, and educating them on fundamental principles of good financial health.

**EDUCATION**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

  • Matric Qualification or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification

**DESIRED/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**

  • RE 5 qualification (FAIS Compliant) advantageous

**EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE**

  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a financial wellness consultant/coach
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Collections or Debt Counselling environment.
  • Experience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management.
  • Debt Rehabilitation and Debt Counselling/consultation experience/knowledge.
  • Financial literacy knowledge and skills
  • Debt evaluation and distress detecting abilities.
  • Passion and desire to assist people in financial distress.
  • Must have a valid Code 8 Drivers Licence.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours.

**INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE**

  • Debt Counselling, Debt Administration, Legal process understanding
  • National Credit Act (NCA) basic knowledge.
  • Credit Industry knowledge.
