With a dedicated team of around 3,500 colleagues, we generate an annual turnover of about 670 million euros. **Responsibilities**: - To ensure a LEAN, safe and efficient production in all the production lines. - To ensure we pay detailed attention to the quality standards and that they are met at each and every point in the production lines. - To manage staff well to ensure they are disciplined and comply with the Freudenberg rules and policy and maintain all the daily, weekly and monthly checks and reporting. - To achieve all the production KPI’s, i.e. daily output, FTBY, Waste reduction, etc., by monitoring the staff and organizing workflows to ensure proper staff and equipment utilization. - To timeously complete the SAP processing, reporting for production, LPMS and weekly stock takes. **Qualifications**: - Relevant qualification - Knowledge of SAP - Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 - Understanding of Lean Production Management System - Computer literacy and soft maintenance Some of your Benefits Company Pension Health Insurance Diversity & Inclusion Corporate Events Cafeteria/ Canteen The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
