**EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Must have a valid Code 8 License with own transport
- Must have worked in a Customer Service-related industry or have an understanding of service-related business
- 5 years experience in an administrative role
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft and Accounting Pastel/Xero

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Welcome and greet clients and office guests
- Manage the switchboard, answer the phone in a professional manner
- Direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Written and computer skills including those needed to prepare invoices, and statements
- Support office staff and executives with general operational tasks
- Manage communication of information through all departments ie. Operations to Sales to Customers.
- Meet weekly with Sales Consultants to discuss outstanding quotations, promotions and if any sales admin assistance is required
- Prepare xero quotations as per Site Evaluations received from Sales Consultants and forward through to Customer with a follow up call.
- Invoice all Customers weekly as per the Operations Plan.
- Save an electronic copy of all signed work orders
- Process price increase letters for all Customers on their contract anniversary or as per Service Agreement.
- Assist in preparation of presentations
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times

Fixed term contract with starting salary of R 15 000.00

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
