The main function of this role is the refurbishment, repairs, diagnosis and maintenance of company copier and printers. The salary for this role is based on your past experience with a maximum offering of R 32 000 CTC per month

**KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 10 years technical experience on copiers, printers.
- A+ and N+ CompTIA certified
- Experience on Canon, Konica, and Samsung products, both Colour and B/W printers and copiers.
- Work experience requirement on Konica C1060/C1070,2060/2070, C3080/3070, B1050/951/B1100 with
- training courses completed, Konica C6100/C1100 and Canon products experience would be an advantage.
- KMIT completed up to Expert Production printing level is essential.
- Strong I.T knowledge of the office automation field will be to your advantage.

**BRIEF OUTLINE OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- To service, maintain, diagnose faults, and repair products to the standards expected by the manufacturers of the equipment and by the company.
- To maintain sensible stock usage
- To ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out on a regular basis, and that the minimum Service Procedures as advised, are adhered to.
- To ensure good relations with clients
- To ensure clients are kept fully informed at all times of problems or parts requirements.
- To refurbish and repair client machines in workshop when necessary.
- To maintain a good response time to clients and prompt arrival for duty
- To report to service controllers daily.
- To accurately record all work carried out and ensure that all the relevant paperwork is fully completed and signed off.
- To assist with all reasonable work-related tasks i.e., product training; toner delivery if required
- To adhere to the company dress code
- To ensure that you keep up to date with all products online training requirements.
- Attend to technical field calls within the required SLA’s.
- Setting up and linking end users for printing and scanning to devices.
- Provide technical and software support to customers.
- Manage cell data usage for use via the Mobile APP only.
- Complete relevant calls accurately via the Mobile APP
- Manage boot stock and keep boot stock within acceptable levels.
- Maintain vehicle logbook accurately.
- Meet required deadlines and working overtime when necessary.

**Salary**: Up to R32,000.00 per month
