**Cabinetry Technician**

**About the Role**

This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple deadlines with precision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, interpret, and manage **technical drawings** using **AutoCAD** or **SketchUp** (proficiency in at least one is non-negotiable).
- Produce accurate **detailing and cutting lists** for production.
- Read and understand architectural and design plans.
- Manage and coordinate **orders and supplier relationships**.
- Communicate effectively with the **production team, management, and suppliers** to ensure seamless workflow and project accuracy.
- Maintain clear and detailed project documentation using **Microsoft Word and Excel** (including spreadsheets, timelines, and tracking sheets).
- Work efficiently both **independently** and as part of a **collaborative team**.
- Make **calculated, time-sensitive decisions** to meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the **joinery/cabinetry industry** (essential).
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** or **SketchUp** (non-negotiable).
- Strong **technical understanding** of cabinetry construction and joinery detailing.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Word and Excel**.
- Excellent **communication skills**, written and verbal.
- Highly **organised, reliable, and deadline-driven**.
- Valid **driver’s licence** (essential).
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Honest, professional, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
