Workshop Technician

**KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 5 years technical experience on digital MFP copiers.
- Competent in IT i.e., printing, scanning, and networking w.r.t. digital MFPs.
- A+ and N+ CompTIA certified will be to your advantage as well as a Tertiary Electronics Qualification.
- Valid driver's license (code 08) and reliable motor vehicle.
- Experience on Canon, Konica Minolta and Samsung MFPs (Colour + B/W) will be to your advantage.
- Be able to communicate well with clients and co-workers.
- Be neat and presentable at all times.
- Be a team player and add value to the team.

**BRIEF OUTLINE OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Refurbishment, repairs, diagnosis and maintenance of MFPs, including the setup of new digital MFPs and peripherals.
- Workshop based but field work will be required at times.
- Maintain a high standard of work, discipline, and safety.
- Meet required deadlines and working overtime when necessary.
- Attend product training and complete E-learning on-line training when required.

**Salary**: Up to R17,000.00 per month
