**Responsibilities may include**:
Answering phones
Generating and capturing invoices
Capturing monthly reports in Excel
Recording employee leave and timesheets
Ordering and managing stationery, cleaning supplies, consumables, and external service providers
Managing creditors' analysis
Recon of supplier statements monthly
Stock control
Receiving visitors
Co-ordination, packing and dispatch of orders
Liaison with couriers
Processing of online orders
Filing
Ensuring the office is clean, neat and tidy

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferable
Matric
Fluent in English
Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)
Professional, organised and helpful
MS Office + Pastel
Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping (Debtors and creditors)
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
