Role Description
This role’s primary objective is to support the Satrix Head of Brand and Satrix business by executing the annual marketing plan with specific focus on direct investor customer segment. The role will support all marketing and branding related to SatrixNOW platform and app, provide operational and project management support on SatrixNOW UX development and client experience projects as required. The role is unique as it requires a combination of marketing, marketing operations and project management experience and will be involved in operational and business projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all execution components of the Satrix marketing plan for SatrixNOW. Support and execute upon marketing programmes, tailoring messaging, content, and channel strategy to accommodate SatrixNOW customer needs. Partner with SI marketing, external agencies, and business stakeholders to design, build, activate, and measure customer-centric marketing programmes to support growth and retention objectives for the direct investor client segment. Bring the brand to life via SatrixNOW. Activate the Satrix brand in the most impactful way, infusing the brand and values into every SatrixNOW marketing campaign. Support SatrixNOW UX development priorities and actively contributed to driving excellence in client experience. Provide oversight of brand messaging and all direct client segment content across channels. Keep the focus on the customer. Understand the Satrix direct investor client segment, and appropriately implement all marketing activity aligned to attracting new investors and nurturing existing investors. Utilise the full marketing mix to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, registrations and ultimately investment in Satrix products, with additional focus on nurture and retention of all SatrixNOW investors. Support the client experience team where required. Drive results in a team environment. Leverage partnership with cross-functional SI marketing team. Work closely with SatrixNOW operational team and fintech partner. Run the business as if it’s your own. Effectively maximise ROI of marketing campaigns by regularly reporting on the success of activities and using data to make decisions. Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting. Develop new ideas, innovate, and drive out-of-the-box approaches to support growth of SatrixNOW. Become an expert. Maintain an understanding of the industry, market dynamics, customer challenges and Satrix products. Monitor the performance of SatrixNOW growth and drive UX and CX projects. Monitor marketing campaign results to make necessary updates and improvements.

Minimum Requirements Related Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years' of working experience, developing innovative marketing campaigns that leverage predominantly online mediums/channels to execute effective brand marketing programmes. Understanding of Financial Services Experience with CRM and building campaigns including database management (HubSpot or similar)

Required Knowledge and Skills Experience working with diverse teams and supporting marketing programmes to drive awareness and conversion. Experience in project management and working across a complex, cross-functional business. Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements. Able to think independently and work with ambiguity. Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget. Experience in brand custodianship and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Exceptional oral, written, and verbal communication skills. Hands-on, gets-things-done approach. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and marketing methodologies. Experience with HubSpot
