Well established small specialised tour operator seeking an office administrator, fluent in English (dealing with international clients) with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office systems as well as generally good computer skills.
- Making accommodation reservations
- Issuing invoices
- Proficient in social media to update Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / Blogs on regular basis
- Good organizational skills
- Be able to multitask & work under pressure.
- Must have good people skills along with good telephone etiquette& ability to handle challenging situations.
- Must be resourceful and able to work using own initiative
- Sound commercial awareness and the ability to think out the box.
- Self-motivated
- Good with people & ability to work independently
- Be flexible to responding to enquiries outside of office hours when necessary.
- Accuracy and attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Matric certificate
- Valid drivers licence
- Living in the southern peninsula, ideally close to Fish Hoek.

Beneficial:

- Own transport
- Basic bookkeeping
- Experience in travel and tourism and / or a travel and tourism qualification (desirable)

Starting salary R12’000pm
