**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage service across platforms and multiple channels to ensure service availability, performance, and process maturity
- Proactively identify platform enhancements and facilitate communication of roadmaps, ensuring stakeholder engagement and business case approval
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Define, drive, and adhere to platform principles, standards, and governance
- Maintain an understanding of the current and emerging company strategy and business plans
- Contribute to concept documents, business cases, and ROI proposals for infrastructure enhancements
- Review and approve estimation and impact assessment activities to support capacity and capability planning
- Define target IT Operations model and drive transformation to reach the target, governing adherence

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Strong software development background
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise-level software delivery
- At least 5 years of experience in managing agile delivery teams and operations
- Financial services experience is an advantage.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in IT delivery and operations management
- Working knowledge of software engineering best practices and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong knowledge of IT service management and ITIL practices
- Technical background with the willingness to work with multiple technologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent decision-making capability
- Ability to see the bigger picture and align with company/business strategy
- Strong systems thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
