We are looking for the EA who: Masters complex, multi‑time‑zone diaries and acts as the unflappable strategic gatekeeper Thrives on Board preparation, confidential projects, and drafting correspondence, presentations, reports and Board packs that carry the CEO’s signature Fully owns the executive floor environment Proactively keeps the CEO one step ahead on commitments, risks and environmental issues Manages information flow with absolute precision Formats flawless memos, emails, presentations and reports Coordinates executive events, leadership off‑sites, investor roadshows and high‑stakes events Is the polished, professional face and voice of the CEO’s office to institutional investors and the Board Prioritises conflicting demands with calm authority and follows through to successful completion every single time Craves genuine strategic exposure You must have: 5–10+ years directly supporting a CEO with proven Board‑level interaction in a listed or large multinational environment Proven ability to manage complexity and multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously Strictly confidential search.
