**Description**

To ensure that the accounts receivable are collected in time and the records are updated accurately.

**Responsibilities***:

- Responsible for getting outstanding accounts paid
- Get marketing invoices signed off by management and clearing it before closing off the system
- Responsible for sending out statements and invoices monthly
- Ensuring that all debtors queries are addressed
- Banking and processing of payments into the debtors accounts
- Liaising with the Manager regarding Barters on Agent accounts
- Following up on overdue payments on agent accounts
- Dealing with the banks and bank accounts
- Reconciling all the deposits on the various bank accounts
- Month end Reports for management

**Team Work**
- Building and maintaining good relationships within the team
- Building relationships and supporting all business units within the Business Unit

**Qualifications and Expertise***:

- Matric/Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification in Financial Accounting would be preferred
- 7 years accounts receivable experience
- Experience in **Tourplan and Quicktrav **would be preferred
