- This role is also considered quite high risk as the individuals are responsible for performing the Quality Assurance functions related to all data changes made on the system by either the Administrators in the Payouts team or the Correspondence team Any payout done has data maintenance on ILP linked to that function and that data update is QA’ed by this team. If any errors are not correctly or timeously identified and corrected, it results in a direct impact on the client’s billing as well and any number or other impacts to the client’s deal. In addition all updates made to ZLM, Microstrat (IRS), ILP and FACT due to the annual review dates that are updated on these systems are also QA'ed by this team. These checks are very important once again, since if the review dates are not correctly or timeously updated, the deal goes into slotting and thus has Capital Holding Implications This team also check and sign off on EOS reports for the 32 branches in CPF. These reports indicate every change made on the system and can result in huge breakdowns and audit findings if not actioned or not actioned correctly and timeously.

- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure accuracy in the functional area.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Set up and maintain filing systems for the business unit to ensure efficient service is provided
- Maintenance of all administrative processes for the departments operational activities
- Provide timeous and accurate Management Information.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
