**Programme Management**: Coordinate and manage projects efficiently.
**Reporting**: Prepare detailed monthly board reports.
**Campaign Execution**: Implement and manage campaign communications.
**Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
**Customer Support**: Assist customers and resolve queries promptly.
**Rewards Fulfilment**: Support the team with programme rewards fulfilment.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on programme specifications.
**KPI Management**: Collaborate with teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
**Skills**:
Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing.
Ability to work under pressure, independently, and proactively.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Excellent management and organisational skills.
High energy and drive to manage multiple programmes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:
Tertiary education in a relevant field.
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Must reside in Cape Town.
This is an office-based role.
