Dutch Billing Specialist
We are currently seeking full-time Dutch **native speakers**, that is customer-centric, energetic individuals to join the team as a Billing Support Specialist. As billing support you will be responsible for assisting customers with tasks related to subscriptions and invoice-related matters across all products offered within the EMEA region. **Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve billing, subscription, and shipment inquiries from customers and internal teams.
- Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Validate and update customer account information, including acquisition contacts.
- Manage terminations and outstanding payment inquiries from customers.
- Assist in coordinating hardware returns.
- Ensure that SLAs related to customer contacts are consistently exceeded, making efforts for same-day responses. Document and track customer issues and resolutions diligently within the CRM.
- Navigate our CRM (Salesforce) and various systems expertly to resolve problems and escalations related to billing and subscription inquiries, both internally and externally. Provide insight and support to members of the Sales department.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to address specific issues impacting customers.
- Consolidate feedback regarding system inefficiencies and prioritize accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes and customer management.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal).
- Proven experience within billing support & customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially when dealing with new or complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- eCommerce or Retail experience (advantageous).
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Salesforce (advantageous).
- Passion for technology.
