Requirements
- A relevant B degree, preferably an engineering qualification

related to building management and maintenance.
- Eight (8) years’ relevant experience in facilities maintenance and

management.
- Appropriate managerial experience.

Key Performance Areas
- Manage public transport facilities branch
- Ensure public value is generated in all public transport facilities

through compliance, lifecycle management, universal access and

cost efficiency.
- Manage public transport facilities relating to infrastructure parking,

horticulture, maintenance and cleaning of public transport facilities,

bus stops, bus lanes and associated cycle lanes, lighting, signage

and markings and display of passenger information.
- Ensure all public transport facilities are well maintained, safe,

secure, clean and well-managed.
