Formulating and implementing the successful overall execution strategy of all business units
- Client facing with regards to receiving briefs, managing clients, meeting with clients, resolving client issues and maintain close client relations and maintain and expand our current business contracts with clients
- Management of entire operations team to successfully execute all briefs received from clients
- Ensure the operations teams runs strictly to allocated budgets and are cost effective and reduce operational expenses to maximize overall business profitability.
- Introduce new business processes and structures to assist the business achieve its overall goals and targets
- Assist sales team & senior management in formulating RFPs RFQs responses and vendor registration requirements for current as well as potential clients
- Work in tandem with Sales team with regards to supplying sales team with operating costs of potential projects, lead times, manpower or labor required for execution of client briefs
- Maintain National Relationship Management with Retail Store Managers of Retailers (Samsung and any other field marketing client) to assist the business in increasing sales and client awareness objectives
- In store Auditing of Field Staff to Ensure Merchandising levels of Detail and Ranking as per Execution Module, Nationally
- Ensure growth Of Field Teams National Footprint to accommodate future clients
- Manage Field Marketing Team and Execution of Retail Activities - Servicing retail stores, training and various rollouts
- Weekly trade visits to ensure specific standards are met and maintained to client’s satisfaction

- Able to start ASAP

**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- In similar position working with marketing agencies: 8 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)
