**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Title: National Command Centre Operator - Nedbank Controllers**
**Department: National Command Centre - Banking Control Room**
**Division: Fidelity**
**Responsible To: National Command Centre Manager**

**Skills required**:

- Grade 12
- Grade C PSIRA (SOB) registered and accredited
- Own reliable transport.
- Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required (Strong ability to work shifts - 3 dayshift, 3 nightshift and 3 days off).
- Work independently and within a team.
- A minimum of one years’ experience in the security industry Control room
- Fluent in English
- No criminal record
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Must have experience in Listner and Hikvision
- Will be working at Nedbank JOC (Sandton)
- Responsible For: Monitoring of alarms on ExecuGuard, dispatching armed response and SAPS when needed
- Escalating Incidents to the shift supervisor.
- Informing Keyholders of the alarm that activated.
- CCTV Monitoring
- Escalate overactive sites to the maintenance department
