This is a fully administrative role whereby you will be undertaking a variety of different administration/office duties. You will be doing invoicing of jobs daily and passing credit notes where necessary. The role is for an individual that is proactive, smart, uses initiative and can multi task. The individual needs to be able to work well under pressure who can manage their time and stick to deadlines. The individual would also need to be professional and presentable who is bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Accounting background required
- **Must be proficient in Xero, preferably Xero certified**:

- Must have worked in a Xero environment, minimum of 2 years
- Must be able to work with payroll packages, Simplepay, Pastel would be an advantage
- Must be used to reconciling using third party data input
- Must be familiar with Hubdoc
- Matric Certificate
- General administrative tasks to be done daily
- Monthly creditors to be managed monthly
- Capturing and registration of new claims - training to be provided (this all falls within the daily admin duties)

Pay: R7 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month

Expected Start Date: Immediate

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (required)
